All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends,holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. PRE-ORDERS are different and the terms will be in the details of the product.

We currently ship domestically within the United States of America. If you are located outside of this area, please contact us to inquire about international shipping options.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). You will be able to track your shipment using the information provided.


Customs, Duties, and Taxes


BR8K LLC is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).


Lost or Damaged Packages


BR8K LLC is not liable for any products lost or damaged during shipping. If you receive your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier directly to file a claim. Be sure to save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
